At LEEWÉI we aim to get items out as quickly as possible. Upon ordering from us with regular shipping speed, you can expect your order to have a 2-3 days processing time.

 

We ship worldwide, we use FedEx to send all of our packages. International order arrival times vary due to their destination. Sometimes, unexpected customs delays have been known to occur. When placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to cover taxes, import duties, VAT, and any additional customs-associated fees with their shipment.

 

 

RETURNS

 

LEEWÉI allows returns for store credit only, received at LEEWÉI within 14 days of order delivery date for free.  Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging and in new/unused condition.​

• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

• On sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

• LEEWÉI account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
